PRIVACY POLICY
Forcefield Sales will use your personal information only for fulfilling your order request and for accumulating a customer list for future sales promotions.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At this time, Forcefield Sales ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. All orders shipped outside the continental United States will include a shipping surcharge.
Delivery will normally be made within one week of credit approval. Large or special orders may require additional time for shipment.
RETURN POLICY
You may return all items purchased at Forcefield Sales within 30 days of the original delivery. All returns must be unopened and in original packaging.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of orders can be made prior to shipment, unless special ordered or personalized by buyer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer's credit card will not be charged until merchandise is shipped.
All orders are on a cash before delivery basis.
Shipments will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of merchandise being shipped.
